For rota changes, care records, access to a client, or account permissions, contact your care agency first. Your agency controls those records and your access.

For a technical problem with Babiha or Babiha Carer, email support@babiha.care. Tell us your name, agency, device model, app version, and what happened so we can investigate.

Never email us your password, PIN, or care information about a client or service user.

Urgent situations

Babiha support is not an emergency service. Follow your agency's emergency and safeguarding procedures. If there is an immediate danger to life, call 999.
